MICHELLE LUCAS
Michelle has worked for 20 years designing, implementing and refining a collective approach to address complex social challenges nationally and internationally. She has led and/or provided long-term and embedded Collective Impact support to place-based collaborations and communities (urban, regional and remote). Additionally, Michelle has led and guided several Collective Impact intermediaries nationally, has helped codify the work for global impact, and has worked to guide policy-making around place-based responses.
JOHN DRYDEN
As both a pioneer and placed based leader of Collective Impact, John brings a wealth of experience in operationalising collectively identified strategic areas for growth within communities. John has expertise in developing focused partnerships across agencies; government, NGOs, industries and philanthropic funders for positive whole of life impacts. John brings specific and extensive experience in systems change for educational outcomes.
CHLOE MEYER
Chloe brings a background in policy analysis, Collective Impact, community co-design, and systems change methodology. Chloe has an expertise in scoping, designing and delivering complex systems-change engagements, has proven ability to facilitate co-operation, and has strong experience in complex social and economic policy analysis.
DAN RAWLINS
Dan brings experience in building high performing teams, working relationships and making sense of complex ideas. He has worked in the structural and social change space using multiple methodologies including agile, MG Taylor and Collective Impact. He specializes in graphical facilitation including experiential video and musical solutions and has broad experience in planning and running collaborative workshops.
EMMA SHUMACK
Emma is skilled in collaborative problem solving, facilitation, visual facilitation and Experience Design. She draws on 10 years of experience working across business, government and non-profit sectors to help diverse groups collaborate to achieve positive social outcomes.Emma has expertise in a variety of methods: MGTaylor, collective Impact, social labs, human-centred design and UX.
