We wanted to create a space for Communities who are engaged in Collective Impact or Place Based work could share their experiences, ask questions and learn together. The CMM Team will support the forum and the discussions.
We want to make this a comfortable place for people to explore this work together and gain insight from people working all over Australia. You can join in on any discussions or ask a question that you would like to explore with other Communities.
